Shipping & Returns Welcome to RibbonQueen.com! Ordering is fun and easy through our website and secure online shopping cart. Add items to your cart until you are satisfied, then click checkout. You will be directed to the order placement screen where you can modify or remove items in your cart and select your preferred shipping and payment methods. Mail payments are also accepted: just print out your order and mail it in along with your payment to the address below. Be sure to include the stated shipping amount for prompt service. Order Packaging Each piece of ribbon will be custom cut for you in a single piece. If you need 20 yds, you will receive one 20-yard cut. Ribbons will be labeled with the color/pattern name for easy identification and reorders. Methods of Payment We accept payment through our website and via Paypal. You can use your Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express securely or you may opt to pay by Money Order or Cashier's Check. Mail payments can be sent to: RibbonQueen.com P.O. When your order has been shipped you will receive an additional e-mail with the package and delivery confirmation information. Orders totaling more than $20.00 will ship via Priority Mail.
